Collect Bull Bear (“we”, “us”) operates the website at https://collectbullbear.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our public site, contact us, or when our staff use internal tools connected to this site.

- Staff accounts. Invite-only staff sign-in may use email and authentication data managed by our identity provider (Amazon Cognito and, if enabled, Google sign-in).
- Technical data. Our hosting and analytics providers may log standard web data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- Marketplace integrations. If we list items on third-party marketplaces (such as eBay), those platforms process buyer and seller data under their own policies when you interact with a listing there.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate our inventory and staff tools, improve the site, comply with law, and fulfill orders or listing activity on connected marketplaces. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and authentication), when required by law, or as needed to complete a transaction you request on a connected marketplace.
